Pricing

Niah is priced on results per event, not on a per-attendee licence or an annual platform fee. There is no published list price, because the figure depends on the event: its size, how often it runs, and what that organizer counts as a result. There is no minimum headcount, no setup cost and no migration. You get a quote after a short demo.

What you are not paying for

Why there is no price list

Pay-on-results only means something once the result is defined, and that genuinely differs by organizer. A conference measures matched meetings that actually happened. A community meetup measures whether people come back next month. A campus programme measures something else again. Publishing one number would either misprice most events or quietly turn into a licence fee wearing a different name.

So the demo is not a sales gate dressed up as a qualification call. It is where the result gets defined, and the result is what the price hangs off.

How event matchmaking is usually priced elsewhere

For context, most event networking and matchmaking platforms price one of three ways: a per-attendee or per-registration fee, an annual platform licence with an attendee tier attached, or a bundle inside a wider event platform contract covering registration, agenda and sponsors. All three are paid up front, before anyone knows whether attendees used the networking at all.

That is the trade Niah is making. The organizer carries less of the risk that attendees never adopt the tool, because adoption is not what they are paying for. The comparison page covers the product differences behind that.

What a first event looks like

  1. Short demo. You see the product and we agree what counts as a result for your event.
  2. Questions into your form. Niah's three signals are added to the registration you already send. Around thirty seconds for each guest.
  3. Introductions go out. Each guest receives three matches on WhatsApp before the doors open, each with a reason.
  4. You pay against the result you agreed at step one.

Common questions

How much does Niah cost?

Niah is priced on results per event rather than on a per-attendee licence or an annual platform fee. There is no published list price because the figure depends on the event: its size, how often it runs, and what counts as a result for that organizer. A quote is given after a short demo.

Why does Niah not publish a price list?

Because pay-on-results only means anything once the result is defined, and that differs by organizer. A conference measures matched meetings; a community meetup measures repeat attendance. Publishing a single number would either misprice most events or quietly become a licence fee under another name.

Is there a minimum event size or an annual contract?

No. There is no headcount floor and no annual commitment required to run a first event.

Are there setup or integration costs?

No. Setup is adding Niah's questions to your existing registration form and sharing the guest list. There is no platform to install and nothing to migrate, so there is no integration project to pay for.

Who pays, the organizer or the guest?

The organizer. Guests are never charged and never asked for payment details. Niah is sold to the organizer and delivered to their guests.

How do I get a quote?

Book a demo or email support@niahconnect.com with the event, the rough headcount and the date.
