Niah is event matchmaking for organizers. Guests answer a short set of questions inside your existing registration form, Niah matches them on what they came for, and each guest receives three introductions on WhatsApp before the doors open. No app, no attendee login, priced on results.
For organizers
Do guests need to download an app to use Niah?
No. Niah delivers introductions over WhatsApp, which guests already have installed. There is no Niah app, no attendee login and no profile to build. That is deliberate: an event app has to be downloaded, opened and filled in before it does anything, and most attendees never get past the first step.
How long does Niah add to registration for a guest?
About thirty seconds. Niah's questions sit inside the registration form the organizer already sends, so there is no second sign-up. The live form asks closer to ten short questions and every one maps to one of three signals: professional profile, goal for the event, and networking style.
Does Niah replace our registration or ticketing platform?
No. Niah runs inside the events and tools you already use. Its questions are added to your existing registration form and there is nothing to migrate.
What kinds of events is Niah for?
Professional events where guests come to meet people: conferences, summits, community meetups, campus events and networking dinners. There is no headcount floor. A sixty-person dinner is as valid a use as a large conference.
What does Niah cost?
Niah is priced on results rather than on a seat or licence fee. Because the figure depends on the event, quotes are given after a short demo. See pricing or email support@niahconnect.com.

For guests
How many matches does each guest receive?
Three introductions, delivered before the event starts. Three is small enough that a guest can act on all of them in one evening, which a longer list of browsable profiles usually is not.
What is a Niah match based on?
The guest's stated goal for the event, their professional profile, and their networking style. Niah pairs on what each guest said they wanted set against what the other person can offer, rather than on shared industry, school or job title alone. How the matching works covers this in full.
Does the guest see why they were matched?
Yes. The reason is part of the WhatsApp message, alongside a conversation starter and the other person's LinkedIn. A match with no stated reason is just a name, and guests do not act on names.
How do guests consent to being matched and messaged?
Guests opt in during registration, before any matching happens. Every message Niah sends states that the guest opted in to receive their event matches from Niah, so the basis for the message is visible in the message itself.
I am attending an event. Can I ask to be matched?
Yes. Message Niah on WhatsApp and say which event you are going to. Whether matching runs at that event is the organizer's call.
